I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with spacious and clean rooms that were beautifully decorated, offering very comfy beds. The service was efficient, although at times there was some noise from other guests. The location was convenient, close to the highway for easy access to different places. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of food options. Overall, a good value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, equipped with nice bathrooms, cozy beds, comfy pillows, a mini sectional, and a TV in each room. However, one room had an almost fully blocked window which was a minor inconvenience. The service was exceptional with gracious staff, a delicious Caesar salad made for me, and a variety of breakfast items available. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and an old-timey downtown area. Although there were some minor issues like noise from other guests and difficulty getting to the hotel due to changes in the exit route, the quick shuttle ride to downtown St Charles and the casinos added value. The dining experience was delightful with a standard buffet, omelet bar, and tasty dishes. The hotel's facilities were well-kept, with plenty of clean towels available around. Overall, a great value for money with friendly hospitality, though some improvements could be made in noise control and access to the property.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, they offer a complimentary full breakfast spread every morning, but the room reeked of weed and I couldn't fully enjoy the view due to the almost fully blocked window during my stay for a TaeKwonDo Tournament.
